Why horses?
The horses are our teachers at Equine Discovery, and some of the beauty of working with horses is they do not judge and cannot lie, but they continuously assess. Horses provide instant, honest feedback when we connect with them. Learning to listen to what horses have to say is powerful and can sometimes spur the answer to personal change.
By engaging with horses in specially designed educational exercises, participants have accelerated their rate of success to self-discovery. When we learn how to communicate, lead and work effectively with a horse, we learn valuable skills to apply to all our relationships. It isn’t as much about what the horse is teaching you; it’s about helping you recognize opportunities for learning within yourself.

Talk therapy
Online or in-person, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.
60 mins | $300 | Get started
Psychiatric session
Online or in-person, this time will be spent evaluating your physical and mental health to provide medication to alleviate mental health symptoms. This does not include talk therapy.
45 mins | $250 | Get started
Coaching session
Online or in-person, this session will help you with what you care most about and develop a plan to achieve personal and professional goals.

Acupuncture session
In-person only, this session helps alleviate pain and treat various physical, mental, and emotional conditions.
